Hi, I am Luciana!
My Story
For years I didn't have words for what I was carrying inside. Anxiety that never let up. Low self-esteem. Grief I couldn't explain. Moments where I didn't even know who I was anymore. I just knew something was off, and I didn't know where to start.
It took time, reaching out for support, and a lot of learning to understand that what I was experiencing had a name: CPTSD, anxious attachment, developmental trauma. Once I understood that, things started to make sense.
I know what it's like to live with a nervous system that won't turn off, a mind that won't rest.
If you're in a similar place, I want you to know:
- You are not alone
- Feeling safe is possible
- I see you

A Foundation in Practice
Meditation and mindfulness have shaped my life and work for over ten years. I trained in the Mahayana Buddhist tradition and have had the honor of guiding hundreds of meditation classes. That foundation still shapes how I understand the nervous system, awareness, and regulation.
A Turning Point
In 2021, burnout forced me to pause. I listened to my body and used that time to deepen my education, shifting toward a grounded, science-based approach towards Positive Psychology, CPTSD and developmental trauma.
Why This Matters
CPTSD( Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) is far more common than people realize, especially among women. Many of us live with its effects without a name, a formal diagnosis, or even knowing what's happening. My research is focused on positive psychology and trauma, exploring how people with CPTSD build meaning, safety, and joy in life. We deserve to feel safe in our bodies and in this world. We deserve lives that feel fulfilling and connected.
Where We Are Now
For now, I'm not offering one-on-one sessions or meditation classes. Instead, this space is where we come together, to build community and share the practices, reflections, and resources that support real healing.
There is nothing wrong with you, and you do not need fixing. You need safety, understanding, and to be seen, heard, and valued for exactly who you are. I am here with you.
My Big Tree ( Astrology)
My Virgo sun brings structure, care, and a desire to be of service.
My Leo moon helps others feel seen, emotionally met, and safe to express what is real for them.
My Sagittarius rising keeps me deeply connected to finding meaning in life and looking for the good, which awakened my interest in positive psychology.
Soul Name
Soul names are considered the flavor of the essence of our soul.
The soul name granted to me in Sanskrit is Parvati Shraddha= The Stability of Faith.
A supernatural faith and trust in life.
Simple Grounding Practice
Hand on my chest, slow deep conscious breath, and gently say:
"I create safety in my body."
We don't just say it we help our nervous system feel it.
