Position: Virtual Assistant/ Social Media Management

(Work from Home/Part-Time)

Are you a creative, tech-savvy, efficient, virtual assistant, that is ready to become part of a team that believes in elevating consciousness through spreading the knowledge of meditation, and emotional mastery?

Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations

  • Position: Virtual Assistant/Social Media Marketing

     

    Role

    This position will support the CEO by assisting with many important tasks in the business, from social media management, course creation, process development, and launching new programs. This role will assist in creating transparency and efficiency behind the different areas of the business as needed. 

     

    Responsibilities 

    • Posting to social channels, including Instagram (feed and stories), Facebook (business page and multiple private groups). Scheduling posts and selecting photos to go with them (including writing social content on your own if needed).
    • Creating IG stories from storyboards.
    • Tracking metrics: social channel follows/likes, newsletter open rates, conversion metrics of newsletters, tracking customer journey/conversions.
    • Lead generations through social media engagement. 
    • Scheduling weekly emails.
    • Helping with managing tasks behind online course creation. 
    • Sharing Youtube videos across social media platforms. 
    • Help create SOP ( System Operation Procedures) of all of your work tasks. 
    • Support the launch of upcoming online courses as needed. 
    • If bilingual able to translate material English to Spanish.
    • Work directly with Luciana ( CEO) in all aspects of the business as needed. 

     

    Results

    • We reach more people through our social media presence, grow our audience, and have a greater conversion rate.
    •  The CEO feels supported—all social platforms and marketing inquiries are held and nurtured, without the CEO’s input.
    • Make suggestions then work with the team to implement corrections.
    • Our social platforms are representative of our brand, current, and comments are responded to in a timely manner.
    • There is a consistent flow in social media presence, and email marketing. 
    • We have solid systems in place when it comes to our online courses, launches, and SOPs.

    Requirements :

    • You have a background or an interest in psychology, meditation, spirituality, and personal growth. 
    • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and can meet all deadlines. 
    • You have experience with using different social media platforms. 
    • You are tech-savvy or are willing to learn about the different platforms we use. 
    • You have outstanding writing and editing skills. 
    • A plus if you have experience with graphic design using canva, know how to navigate kajabi, and have knowledge on email marketing. 
    • Bilingual is preferred. ( English/Spanish).
    • You take direction and are coachable.
    • Can give input, come up with your ideas to resolve problems, and can be creative with projects. 
    • Have high emotional intelligence and be able to listen to, support, and encourage others.
    • Be available to attend weekly, and monthly Team meetings.

    • Are open to the world, of spirituality, meditation, and holistic practices and willing to practice what we teach.

    Compensation: 

    Part-Time Position: 20-40 hours a month.

    ( With the possibility of this becoming a full time position in the future)

    $12- $15 /Per hour based on experience.

    • Someone looking for a full-time job. We’re a mission-driven company that, at the core, is about changing the lives of everyone who comes into contact with our company. Even though for now, this is a part-time position during launch weeks ( this is when we open enrollment for our new courses, around three times a year), you may be expected to be more available and accessible, even during the weekends and evenings. If we have a project and work needs to get done, then we’re all hands on deck. If this doesn’t sound exciting, then this role and our organization are not for you.

      Who are we?

      The Emotional Mastery Coach was founded by Luciana Garcia an Emotional Mastery Coach, Holistic Practitioner, and Ordained Acharya from the Maharya Buddhist Tradition. She offers 1:1 services, online courses /programs/certifications, live and virtual events, teaching women how to master their emotions and expand their spirituality through meditation/mindfulness.
